in Aberdeenshire and Moray
Isabel Sunderland's update |
After
running La Maison du Patchwork, residential patchwork and quilting
holidays in the region of the Limousin, France for 9 years it
was
time for us to retire so Graham and I moved back to the UK in December
2008 and settled in Huntly, Aberdeenshire. From here I am able to
continue and expand my own work while being available locally to teach
workshops on various patchwork techniques. (Dates by
arrangement.) |
| I completed Parts I and II City and Guilds in Patchwork and Quilting in 1998 before moving to France with my husband and youngest daughter. I have exhibited in the UK and in Europe and some of my work can be seen in the Practical Enclopaedia of Sewing by Dorothy Wood and Kuche und Kinderkram by Maaike Bakker. I particularly enjoy teaching and encouraging beginners. | |||
